San Roque Pilates offers fun, unique and challenging group Pilates Apparatus classes.  Our dynamic group reformer  classes are full body workouts that will make you stronger, leaner.  Each class uses the assistance and resistance of weighted springs, requiring the constant engagement of your core and working your muscles to fatigue. The workout is performed slowly to activate the slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to the long, lean, toned results we are all seeking.
