ZEN•GA™ is a synergistic blend of mind-body modalities, supported by exercise science and the newest findings in fascial fitness. Always keeping the Basic Principles in mind, ZEN•GA was created with a yoga influence to bring stamina, resilience, and enhanced core stability through exercises that give a sense of expansion through movement. The mindful movement increases a focused, calming, yet dynamic state of presence.

All SAN ROGUE PILATES instructors are certified professionals, adding expertise and functional movement to each class. We limit our class sizes to 14 people, less than half of what other studios allow, as we are committed to personalized attention and maintaining the safety and effectiveness of each session for our clients.
